ORDER

PER CURIAM

Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 10.4 (a) the motion ruled on through this Order may have been decided by a single Justice sitting on the panel.

Pending before the Court is Relators' emergency motion to stay further proceedings in the trial court pending the disposition of their petition for writ of mandamus seeking relief from a trial court order denying a motion to dismiss based on forum non conveniens. The motion is DENIED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
