ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS THE DEUTSCHE BANK ENTITIES EMERGENCY MOTION TO REMOVE EXHIBIT PAGES


Pending before the Court in the above-captioned action is the Emergency Motion of Defendants Deutsche Bank AG, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown LLC, and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas (the "DB Entities") to Remove the last twenty-five pages of Exhibit 6 of Defendant's Memorandum of Law in Support of Defendants the Deutsche Bank Entities' Motion to Dismiss, filed August 18, 2003.

The Court is of the opinion that the Emergency Motion to Remove Exhibit Pages is well-founded and, accordingly, the Court GRANTS Defendants Emergency Motion and ORDERS the removal of the last 25 pages of Exhibit 6 of Defendant's August 18, 2003 Memorandum of Law.
