ORDER GRANTING AGREED JOINT MOTION OF LEAD PLAINTIFF AND DEFENDANTS MERRILL LYNCH, PIERCE, FENNER SMITH INC. AND MERRILL LYNCH CO. FOR AN ORDER DE-DESIGNATING AS CONFIDENTIAL CERTAIN DOCUMENTS PRODUCED BY DEFENDANTS MERRILL LYNCH, PIERCE, FENNER SMITH INC. AND MERRILL LYNCH CO.


Having considered the Agreed Joint Motion of Lead Plaintiff and Defendants Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner Smith Inc. and Merrill Lynch Co. for an Order De-Designating as Confidential Certain Documents Produced by Defendants Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner Smith Inc. and Merrill Lynch Co. ("Agreed Joint Motion"), submitted with regard to the documents listed in Exhibit A to the said Motion, the Court finds that the Motion should be, and hereby is, GRANTED.

It is therefore ORDERED that the documents identified in Exhibit A to the Agreed Joint Motion shall be de-designated as confidential.
