ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT CITIGROUP INC.'S MOTION FOR ENTRY OF AN AMENDED ORDER WITH RESPECT TO ITS MOTION FOR A PROTECTIVE ORDER SEEKING CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT OF CERTAIN DEPOSITION EXHIBITS AND TESTIMONY OF ADAM KULICK

Having considered Defendant Citigroup Inc.'s Motion for Entry of an Amended Order with Respect to its Motion for a Protective Order Seeking Confidential Treatment of Certain Deposition Exhibits and Testimony of Adam Kulick (Dkt.# 2881), the Court finds that the Motion should be, and hereby is, GRANTED. This Order amends and takes the place of the Order entered on February 3, 2005 (Dkt. # 3047).
