In light of the settlement between Lead Plaintiff and the international Arthur Andersen entities, the Court

ORDERS that the following pending motions are MOOT:

(1) Arthur Andersen-Worldwide Societe Cooperative's motion to dismiss (instrument #280); and

(2) Andersen-United Kingdom's motion to dismiss (#505)

Furthermore, in light of the Court's order entered on August 16, 2002 in Newby, H-01-3624, instrument #1008, the Court

ORDERS that the Tittle Plaintiff's motion for limited production of documents by Enron and Others (#374 in Tittle) is also moot.
