ORDER


Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs' second motion for extension of time (instrument #1143 in H-01-3624) to respond to Defendant EOTT Energy Partners, L.P.'s "EOTT's motion to dismiss and renewed motion to transfer venue (#1036, supplemented by #1038). Plaintiffs explain that EOTT and its corporate general partner have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and Plaintiffs are seeking to lift the automatic stay.

The Court

ORDERS that Plaintiffs' motion for extension is GRANTED and that the deadline for a response is extended until the automatic stay has been lifted. The Court further

ORDERS that if the stay is not lifted by the end of January, 2003, Plaintiff shall file a status report by February 7, 2003.
