NOTICE

It has been brought to the attention of the Court by the Clerk's Office that many counsel in the above referenced litigation have failed to authorize the Clerk's Office to send copies of Court orders and notices to them by fax rather than by mail. Given the enormous number of attorneys appearing for parties in these cases, the expense and time involved in mailing out such copies have been burdensome for the Clerk. The Court, accordingly, URGES all counsel who have not previously done so to fill in and send to the Clerk an authorization form for facsimile transmission (see attachment to this notice) of all future Court orders and notices.

Electronic Noticing

The free, electronic noticing service speeds imaged orders and judgments to your fax machine within hours of their entry on the docket. Under this program, your official notice of a court decision becomes the facsimile copy and the program confirms your receipt electronically. Should electronic confirmation fail, the system sends the notice by mail on the following business day.

To receive this free service, complete the authorization form appended to this document.
