ORDER


Pending before the Court in the above referenced cause is a motion of Lead Plaintiff, Certain Private Action Plaintiffs, Defendants Lay, Skilling and Certain Other Officer Defendants for expedited consideration of and oral argument on their motion to amend the deposition protocol order to add a second extended-time Witness slot per day (instrument #3290). After consultation with Judge Gonzalez, the Court

The motion to amend the deposition protocol order is instrument #3289.

ORDERS that the motion for expedited consideration (instrument #3290) is GRANTED, that the briefing schedule set out in that motion is now in effect, and that the motion to amend the deposition protocol order will be heard by both judges during the hearing previously set on April 11, 2005.
