ORDER


Pending before the Court are the following motions: Defendants Philip Randall's and Roman McAlindon's motion to dismiss consolidated complaint (instrument #697); Defendants Andersen-United Kingdom's and Arthur Andersen S/C's (incorrectly named as Andersen-Brazil's) motion to dismiss the consolidated complaint (#701); Defendant Arthur Andersen LLP's motion to dismiss the claims against "Andersen-Cayman Islands" (#713); motion of Defendant Arthur Andersen Co., India to dismiss the consolidated complaint (#733); and Defendant Andersen Worldwide Cooperative's motion to dismiss the consolidated complaint (#738).

In light of the settlement involving these Defendants that is awaiting approval, the Court

ORDERS that these motions are MOOT.
