Pursuant to the order of consolidation entered in lead cases H-01-3624, Newby v. Enron Corp. et al., and H-01-3913, Tittle v. Enron Corp. et al., on December 12, 2001, the above referenced case, H-02-0851, is hereby CONSOLIDATED into H-01-3624 and H-01-3913. All orders previously entered in Newby and Tittle shall apply to the newly consolidated suit.
