ORDER OF COORDINATION
The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has transferred Samson Investment Co. v. Arthur Andersen L.L.P., now designated H-03-2264, to this Court as part of MDL 1446 for coordinated discovery with Newby v. Enron Corporation, H-01-3624, because it arises from many of the same facts and alleges claims against many of the same parties. Like Al Rahji Investment Corp. B.V. v. Arthur Andersen L.L.P., H-03-1219, Samson Investment does not allege securities violations and thus should not be consolidated with Newby. Nevertheless, to insure that these cases receive all relevant pleadings and orders, the Court
ORDERS that the docketing clerk shall henceforth designate H-03-2264 and H-03-1219 as "coordinated cases" in conjunction with Newby and shall enter them as such on the docket sheet of Newby.
The Court also gives notice to counsel in H-03-2264 that a scheduling conference is set before this Court at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom 9C on July 10, 2003.
