ORDER GRANTING DEBTORS' OBJECTION TO PROOF OF CLAIM NO. 24494 FILED BY TAUNTON MUNICIPAL LIGHTING PLANT
Upon the debtors' Objection filed on February 16, 2005 to proof of claim no. 24494 (the "Claim") of Taunton Municipal Lighting Plant ("Taunton"), the Declaration of Brandon Wax filed in support of the Objection, the Response By Taunton Municipal Lighting Plant To Debtors' Objection To Proof Of Claim and the Declaration of R. Scott Whittmore filed on May 26, 2005 in opposition to the Objection, Debtors' Reply In Further Support Of Objection To Proof Of Claim No. 24494 Filed By Taunton Municipal Lighting Plant and the Supplemental Declaration of Brandon Wax filed on June 7, 2005 in further support of the Objection, and the letter brief filed August 10, 2005 in further opposition to the Objection and the Court having held a hearing on the Objection on June 9, 2005, and the Court having issued an Opinion Sustaining Objection To Claim Filed By Taunton Municipal Lighting Plant (Claim No. 24494) dated September 21, 2005, and upon all of the proceedings had before the Court; and after due deliberation, it is
ORDERED, FOUND AND DETERMINED that the Claim is valued at $0; and it is further
ORDERED that the Claim is hereby disallowed and expunged in all respects.
