ORDER DENYING MOTION OF ELECTRIC RELIABILITY COUNCIL OF TEXAS, INC. FOR CLARIFICATION OF ORDER DENYING NEW TRIAL


Upon consideration of the motion, dated February 10, 2003 (the "Motion"), filed by the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, Inc. ("ERCOT"), seeking entry of an order for Clarification of this Court's Order dated January 30, 2003, denying the Motion by Frontera Generation Limited Partnership ("Frontera") for New Trial, or Alternatively, to Alter or Amend Judgment; upon the Objection of Frontera to Motion for Clarification of Order Denying New Trial filed April 7, 2003; and upon the hearing (the "Hearing") held on April 10, 2003; it is hereby

ORDERED that for the reasons set forth on the record at the Hearing the Motion is denied.
