Upon the Applications for Allowance of Interim Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses (the "Interim Applications") for professional services rendered and expenses incurred; and the Fee Committee appointed by the Court, together with its retained professionals, having (1) reviewed the Applications and the respective supporting documentation, (2) met or discussed with the respective applicants the amounts requested and appropriateness of certain of the fees and expenses requested and (3) issued reports with respect to the Applications and the amounts requested therein (the "Reports"); and the amounts requested in certain of the Applications having been reduced or deferred on account of issues or positions set forth in the Reports; and notice having been given pursuant to Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure 2002(a)(6) and (c)(2); and a hearing having been held before this Court to consider the Applications on July 17, 2003; and due consideration having been given to any responses thereto; and sufficient cause having been shown therefore, it is hereby:
ORDERED that the Interim Applications are GRANTED to the extent set forth in the attached Schedule A; and it is further
