MOTION DECISION

DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

By order dated November 24, 2020, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel. By letter dated March 1, 2021, counsel requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated March 24, 2021, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated March 24, 2021, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by April 26, 2021. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
