IN RE Michelle L. ELOWSKI. Attorney Grievance Commission, Petitioner.

Order

On order of the Court, the petition for injunction is considered, and relief is DENIED, because the Court is not persuaded that it should grant the requested relief. Although the allegations made by the Attorney Grievance Commission (AGC) against respondent are very serious, the AGC has failed to provide any evidence to support those allegations. This denial is without prejudice to the filing of a renewed petition with evidentiary support.

Zahra, J., would hold the petition in abeyance for 7 days to allow the AGC to supplement the record.
