No. 04-17-00300-CV

From the 451st Judicial District Court, Kendall County, Texas
Trial Court No. 16-244
Honorable Cathy Morris, Judge Presiding
ORDER
Appellant seeks to appeal an order terminating parental rights signed on May 4, 2017. The notice of appeal was filed on May 9, 2017, and thus the reporter's record was originally due on May 19, 2017. On May 23, 2017, court reporter Robin Brame filed a Notification of Late Record stating that she would file the reporter's record no later than June 3, 2017. On May 25, 2017, we granted the extension and noted that further requests for extension of time would be disfavored. See TEX. R. JUD. ADMIN. 6.2. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed in this court.
It is therefore ORDERED that court reporter Robin Brame file the reporter's record in this court no later than June 19, 2017. See TEX. R. APP. P. 28.4(b); 35.3(c). If the reporter's record is not received by such date, an order may issue directing Robin Brame to appear and show cause why she should not be held in contempt for failing to file the record. The clerk of this court is instructed to cause a copy of this order to be served on Robin Brame by certified mail, return receipt requested, with delivery restricted to addressee only, or to give other personal notice of this order with proof of delivery.
