Case No. 805-88238-619, Adv. Proc. No. 806-8369-619.

ORDER CORRECTING ERRATA IN DECISION DATED MAY 24, 2007
On May 24, 2007, the Court entered a written decision in the above-captioned adversary proceeding.
Upon review, the Court noted a typographical error that appears in the paragraph ending on the top of page 16 of that decision. The word "contracts" was inadvertently used in the last sentence of that paragraph when the Court intended the word to be "contradicts". More specifically, the last sentence of the paragraph ending on the top of page 16 should read as follows:
"This holding directly contradicts Section 522(b)(2)(A)."
The parties should correct their copies accordingly. The Clerk is directed to serve a copy of this Order upon all parties who were served copies of the written Decision on May 24, 2007.
So Ordered.
