On November 4, 2013, relator filed a motion for sanctions against the real party in interest or her attorney. On November 18, 2013, relator filed a motion for leave to supplement the motion for attorney's fees and sanctions. Because the panel has considered the request for sanctions and determined that it should be denied, relator's motion for leave to supplement is DENIED AS MOOT. It is so ORDERED on November 25th, 2013.
