Opinion

No. 05-04-00318-CV.

Opinion issued March 22, 2004.

Original Proceeding from the 380th Judicial District Court, Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 380-53683-00.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices WHITTINGTON, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

In her petition for writ of mandamus, relator contends the trial judge erred in denying her motion to dismiss a motion to modify conservatorship. The merits cannot be ascertained because the record supplied does not include the motions or orders at issue. Even assuming the trial court ordered the modification, the relator has not shown that she does not have an adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus. See § 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-44(Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding); Burkhardt v. Burkhardt, 960 S.W.2d 321 (Tex. App.-Houston [1st Dist.] 1998, pet. denied).
