DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Elizabeth T. from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated September 8, 2022. By order to show cause dated November 7, 2022, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the consent of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511).

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.

DILLON, J.P., CONNOLLY, WOOTEN and GENOVESI, JJ., concur.
