DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by William F. Eggert for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Eggert was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 2, 1977. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 10, 1992, Mr. Eggert's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon: (1) provision to the Court of medical evidence sufficient to demonstrate that Mr. Eggert has recovered from his illness, which resulted in his hospitalization in 2008; and (2) a satisfactory showing that he has completed the CLE requirement pursuant to 22 NYCRR 691.11-a(c)(4).
