Admin. 6.2(a), reprinted in Tex. Gov't Code, tit. 2, subtit. F app. To meet our compliance deadline in this case, the opinion must issue by September 9, 2024.
The Court grants this extension until July 12, 2024 No further extensions will be granted absent a showing of extraordinary circumstances.
