IN THE INTEREST OF E.G., A CHILD

On Appeal from the 302nd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. DF-23-05064

ORDER

BILL PEDERSEN, III JUSTICE

The reporter's record in this appeal consists of two volumes, filed two months apart and consisting of the transcript of two different trial court proceedings. Asserting counsel "cannot properly cite" to the record because of the way the two volumes were filed, appellant has filed a motion to correct the reporter's record. He also asks that the deadline for filing his brief be extended to thirty days from the date the corrected record is filed.

We note that since the filing of the motion, appellant has filed his brief. Accordingly, we GRANT the motion TO THE EXTENT THAT we STRIKE the records filed May 9 and July 9, 2024, and ORDER court reporter Cassandra Anderson to file, no later than August 19, 2024, a corrected record that complies with the Uniform Format Manual for Texas Reporters' Records and contains a master index and a separate volume for each of the two proceedings.

Appellant may file any amended brief within twenty days of the filing of the corrected record. Appellee's brief shall be filed within thirty days of the filing of appellant's amended brief or October 9, 2024, whichever is later.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Anderson and the parties.
