IN THE INTEREST OF E.G., A CHILD

On Appeal from the 302nd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. DF-23-05064.

ORDER

BILL PEDERSEN, III, JUSTICE.

Before the Court is appellant's June 20, 2024 second amended unopposed motion to extend time to file his brief. Appellant explains the extension is necessary because the reporter's record is incomplete. Specifically, the record of the May 19, 2023 proceeding has not been filed.

Because the deadline for the filing of appellant's brief is not triggered until the appellate record is complete, we GRANT the motion TO THE EXTENT THAT we ORDER Cassandra Anderson, Official Court Reporter for IV-D Court #1, where the proceeding was heard, to file, no later than July 15, 2024, the reporter's record of the May 19, 2023 proceeding. We RESET the deadline for the filing of the brief to thirty days from the filing of the record.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Anderson and the parties.
