DECISION & ORDER

In related proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 10, the father appeals from (1) an order of fact-finding of the Family Court, Kings County (Ann E. O'Shea, J.), dated October 1, 2019, and (2) an order of disposition of the same court dated October 23, 2019. The order of fact-finding, after a hearing, inter alia, found that the father neglected the subject children. The order of disposition, upon the order of fact-finding, inter alia, released five of the subject children to the custody of the nonrespondent mother and directed the father to comply with certain terms and conditions. Assigned counsel has submitted a brief in accordance with Anders v California (386 U.S. 738), in which he moves for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellant.

ORDERED that the appeal from the order of fact-finding is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as that order was superseded by the order of disposition and is brought up for review on the appeal from the order of disposition; and it is further, ORDERED that the order of disposition is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.

We are satisfied with the sufficiency of the brief filed by assigned counsel pursuant to Anders v California (386 U.S. 738), and we have also reviewed the appellant's pro se supplemental brief. Upon an independent review of the record, we conclude that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is, therefore, granted (see id.; Matter of Giovanni S. [Jasmin A.], 89 A.D.3d 252).

MASTRO, J.P, AUSTIN, HINDS-RADIX and CONNOLLY, JJ., concur.
