IN THE INTEREST OF E.B. AND A.B.

From the 73rd Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas

Trial Court No. 2005-CI-01739

Honorable David A. Canales, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Appellee's brief was originally due August 22, 2013; however, the court granted appellee an extension of time until September 20, 2013. Appellee has filed a motion asking for a further extension of time to October 18, 2013, to file the brief.

We grant the motion and order appellee to file her brief by October 18, 2013. Appellee advised that no further extensions of time will be granted absent a showing of extraordinary circumstances that also provides the court reasonable assurance the brief will be completed and filed by the requested extended deadline. If the brief is not filed by the date ordered, the appeal may be submitted for decision without an appellee's brief.
