ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.
On July 31, 2024, we ordered the trial court to conduct a hearing to address appellant's complaint that the clerk's and reporter's records were incomplete. Appellant has recently retained counsel. Before the Court is appellant's August 23, 2024 motion for an extension of time of the deadlines set forth in the July 31 order. We GRANT the motion. We ORDER the trial court to conduct a hearing no later than September 13, 2024. We ORDER a reporter's record of the hearing and any additional reporter's records designated by the trial court for inclusion in the appellate record filed no later than September 23, 2024. We ORDER a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's written findings and any additional documents ordered by the trial court for inclusion in a supplemental clerk's record be filed no later than September 19, 2024.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order the Honorable Kimberly Brown, Presiding Judge of the 254th Judicial District Court; Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre; Official Court Reporter Deborah Quarles; Court Reporter Laura Weed; Court Reporter Donna Kindle; Court Reporter Janet Saavedra; Court Reporter C. Anderson; and all parties.
We ABATE this appeal to allow the trial court the opportunity to comply with this order. The appeal will be reinstated no later than September 30, 2024.
