This is an appeal concerning an attempted adoption. The clerk's record was filed on September 28, 2023. The reporter's record was filed on October 23, 2023. A hearing record for December 15, 2022, recorded by court reporter Stephanie Wells was not requested and payment arrangements were not made for the preparation and filing of this record.
Appellant shall file her brief on or before September 16, 2024. Because appellant has not provided this Court with the hearing record of December 15, 2022, appellant may not raise any issues for which this hearing record is required for decision.
