Opinion

No. 05-07-00954-CV

Opinion issued August 17, 2007.

Original Proceeding from the Criminal District Court No. 7, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. X07-338-Y.

Before Justices MORRIS, RICHTER, and MAZZANT.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator complains that the trial court has not issued a bench warrant allowing him to attend a hearing in his expunction case and that the trial court has not granted his expunction. We conclude the relator has failed to show that he does not have an adequate remedy at law and that he is entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
