ORDER MODIFYING OPINION NO CHANGE IN THE JUDGMENT

McAdams, J.

On the court’s own motion, the opinion filed November 7, 2008 is modified as follows:

(1) At page 1, second paragraph, the last sentence is modified to read as follows:

We shall therefore grant the petition as requested by petitioner.

(2) At page 14, the disposition is modified to read as follows:

The petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted. The order of the superior court dated June 28, 2007, finding petitioner guilty of 10 counts of contempt, is annulled.

There is no change in the judgment.
