STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER RE EXTENSION OF TIME FOR UST TO FILE OBJECTION TO SIXTH AND FINAL FEE APPLICATION OF

DICKSTEIN SHAPIRO LLP FOR COMPENSATION AS COUNSEL FOR PLAN COMMITTEE IN THE DRIGGS REORGANIZATION CASE

Dickstein Shapiro LLP (hereafter " Applicant") and the United States Trustee for Region 4, by and through their respective undersigned counsel, have agreed to extend the time within which the United States Trustee may file any comment, objection or other responsive pleading that he may have to the Sixth and Final Fee Application of Dickstein Shapiro LLP, as Counsel for Plan Committee in the Driggs Reorganization Case (Dkt. No. 1380) (hereafter, "Fee Application"), but have not agreed to extend the time within which the Debtor, any creditor, or any other party in interest may object to the Fee Application.

Applicant and the United States Trustee have stipulated and agreed that the United States Trustee may have up to and including Thursday, January 5, 2012, to file a comment, objection or other responsive pleading to the Fee Application. Applicant and the United States Trustee also have agreed that this Stipulation and Consent Order shall not, and shall not be deemed to, extend the time within which the Debtor, any creditor, or any other party in interest may object to the Fee Application.

WHEREFORE, the parties request that this Court approve and enter this Stipulation and Consent Order.
