ORDER

CRAIG SMITH, JUSTICE

Based on the Court's opinion of today's date, we DISMISS as moot relator's petition for writ of mandamus to the extent it relates to whether respondent, the Honorable Judge Tammy Kemp, complied with Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 18a and whether the transfer of relator's case to the 204th Judicial District Court was proper. In all other respects, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
