Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, Ronald Thomas Dracos, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus, asking this Court to direct the respondent to hold a hearing on relator's motion for bail reduction.

The underlying case is State of Texas v. Ronald Thomas Dracos, cause number 1650428, pending in the 182nd District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Lori Chambers Gray presiding.

We deny relator's petition for writ of mandamus. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). We dismiss all other pending motions as moot.
