In the MATTER OF Evan R. DRACHMAN, an Attorney at Law (Attorney No. 042412004)


ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 18-215, concluding that Evan R. Drachman of Hoboken, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2004, should be reprimanded for violating RPC 1.7(a)(2) (conflict of interest) and RPC 5.5(a)(1) (practicing law while ineligible);

And the Court having noted that respondent states and the Office of Attorney Ethics concedes that respondent did not admit that his conduct violated RPC 1.7(a)(2), contrary to the decision of the Disciplinary Review Board; And good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that Evan R. Drachman is hereby reprimanded; and it is further

ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent's file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
