Opinion

No. 05-03-01459-CV

Opinion issued November 13, 2003

Original Proceeding from the 162nd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 02-11518-I

Before Justices WRIGHT, MOSELEY, and RICHTER.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred in granting real party in interest time to amend her expert report. The facts of this original proceeding are known to the parties so we do not recite them here. Based on the record presented, we conclude the relators have failed to show the trial judge abused his discretion in allowing real party in interest time to amend her expert report and relator has failed to show they do not have an adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, relators' petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
