IN THE INTEREST OF D.P., A CHILD

On Appeal from the 256th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. DF-17-14694

Before Justices Myers, Osborne, and Nowell

ORDER

LESLIE OSBORNE, JUSTICE

In this Court's Order of March 21, 2022, we deemed the notice of appeal filed by Paternal Grandmother Chantay M. Powell timely filed. On May 13, 2022, Grandmother requested additional time to file her brief. We granted Grandmother's motion by Order of May 16, 2022, ordering that Grandmother's brief be filed no later than May 26, 2022.

When no brief was filed, we notified Grandmother on June 7, 2022, that the time for filing her brief had expired. We directed her to file within ten days a brief and extension motion that complied with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 10.5(b). We cautioned Grandmother that if the brief and extension motion were not 1 filed within the time specified, her appeal would be dismissed. To date, Grandmother has not filed a motion or brief.

Accordingly, we DISMISS Grandmother's appeal. Father's timely appeal remains pending. 2
