In the Matter of John Thomas Doyle An Attorney at Law (Attorney No. 011471997)


ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 22-153 concluding that John Thomas Doyle of Newark, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1997, should be censured for violating RPC 1.15(d) (failing to adhere to record keeping requirements), RPC 5.5(a)(1) (knowingly practicing law while ineligible), RPC 8.1(a) (making a false statement to disciplinary authorities), RPC 8.4(b) (two instances -- committing a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness or fitness), and RPC 8.4(c) (three instances -- committing conduct involving dishonesty or fraud);

And good cause appearing; It is ORDERED that John Thomas Doyle is hereby censured; and it is further

ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent's file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
