ORDER OF DISMISSAL


On this date, the Court entered an Opinion Relating to Appeals From and Motions Regarding the Bankruptcy Court's November 30, 1999 Confirmation Order. Pursuant to the January 24, 2000 Scheduling Order entered by the Court governing all appeals related to the Bankruptcy Court's November 30, 1999 Confirmation Order, the Court allowed the Appellants in this case number to brief the issues raised in this Appeal. On April 12 and 13, 2000, hearings were held on the matter. For the reasons set forth in the Opinion Relating to Appeals From and Motions Regarding the Bankruptcy Court's November 30, 1999 Confirmation Order, IT IS ORDERED that the Appellants' Motion for Leave to Appeal (Docket No. 2, filed August 13, 1999) is MOOT.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Official Committee of Tort Claimants and Dow Corning Corporation's Motion to File Consolidated Brief in Excess of 50 pages (Docket No. 15, filed March 13, 2000) is GRANTED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Bankruptcy Court's July 29, 1999 Order is AFFIRMED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Appeal is DENIED and DISMISSED.
