ORDER

It has been brought to the attention of the Court that R.R. Donnelly Company (the mailing vendor for the Settlement Facility — Dow Coming Trust) has, in error, mailed a number of claims forms to forty claimants' attorneys, well before the February 18, 2003 mailing date as set in the Court's order dated December 11, 2002.

To insure mailing in compliance with the Court's December 11, 2002 order,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that anyone receiving a claims form prior to the February 18, 2003 mailing date shall not open or copy the same; if any claims form is opened, the claims form shall be resealed and returned to R.R. Donnelly and Sons Company at the expense of R.R. Donnelly and Sons Company.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all such claims forms be immediately returned to R.R. Donnelly and Sons Company.

IT IS ORDERED that, in the event that any copies of the claims form, or parts thereof have been made, the same shall either be destroyed or returned to R.R. Donnelly and Sons Company forthwith. If any claims form is destroyed, notice of such destroyed form shall be provided to R.R. Donnelly and Sons Company forthwith.
