ORDER OF DISMISSAL


On this date, the Court entered an Opinion Relating to Appeals From and Motions Regarding the Bankruptcy Court's November 30, 1999 Confirmation Order. The Court's January 24, 2000 Scheduling Order governing the appeals relating to the Bankruptcy Court's November 30, 1999 Confirmation Order notified the appellants that failure to file a brief on appeal subjected an appellant's appeal to dismissal. Appellants in this case have filed no brief on appeal.

Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that this Appeal is DENIED and DISMISSED for failure to file an appellate brief or otherwise failure to prosecute this matter pursuant to the January 24, 2000 Scheduling Order, Bankruptcy Rule 8001(a) and E.D. Mich. LR 41.2.
