ORDER APPROVING CLAIMS OPERATIONS MANAGER AND


FACILITIES MANAGER FOR THE DOW CORNING SETTLEMENT FACILITY

Upon the request of Elizabeth W. Trachte-Huber, approved by order of this Court as the Claims Administrator of the Dow Corning Settlement Facility, and in accordance with article 4.03(b) of the Settlement Facility and Fund Distribution Agreement,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Paul D. Keeper is approved as the Claims Operations Manager of the Dow Corning Settlement Facility and, subject to the supervision and direction of the Claims Administrator, shall assume responsibility for the management of the staff and daily operations of the Claims Office functions relating to the processing and resolution of claims; and,

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Ann M. Phillips is approved as the Facilities Manager of the Dow Corning Facility and, subject to the supervision and direction of the Claims Administrator, shall assume responsibility for the management of the operational facilities of the Dow Corning Settlement Facility.
