ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 19-117, concluding that Michelle J. Douglass of Somers Point , who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1988, should be reprimanded for violating RPC 1.15(b) (failure to safeguard funds), RPC 3.4(c) (knowingly disobeying an obligation under the rules of a tribunal), RPC 4.1(a)(1) (making a false statement of material fact or law to a third person), RPC 4.1(a)(2) (failure to disclose a material fact to a third person when disclosure is necessary to avoid assisting a criminal or fraudulent act by a client), and RPC 8.4(c) (conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation);

And the Court having determined from its review of the matter that the appropriate quantum of discipline for respondent's unethical conduct is an admonition; And good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that Michelle J. Douglass is hereby admonished; and it is further

ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent's file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
