In the Matter of Michelle J. Douglass, An Attorney At Law (Attorney No. 025091988)

ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 19-117, concluding that Michelle J. Douglass of Somers Point, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1988, should be reprimanded for violating RPC 1.15(b)(failure to safeguard funds), RPC 3.4(c)(knowingly disobeying an obligation under the rules of a tribunal), RPC 4.1(a)(1)(making a false statement of material fact or law to a third person), RPC 4.1(a)(2)(failure to disclose a material fact to a third person when disclosure is necessary to avoid assisting a criminal or fraudulent act by a client), and RPC 8.4(c)(conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation);
