In re Dotson

Muskegon Circuit Court: 2001-014056-DP

I, Aaron Dotson, Plaintiff in this Complaint for Writ of Superintending Control, request that my motion for immediate consideration be withdrawn. I felt that immediate consideration was needed for the custody motion I filed. My son James will be 18 on December 30, 2021 and if he wishes to contact me, he can do so when he is ready. I intend on removing my objection to the referee's recommended order, denying my motion for custody, as I do not believe it is in my sons' best interest to be put through anymore then he already has.

I further request to remove the motion to disqualify the court and the motion to disqualify opposing counsel. The Honorable Judge Hoogstra ruled on both motions on 9/16/21 and I will file notice to this court once I have the paper copies of the orders.

The Court appointed me an attorney for the rehearing and I will be reliant on her for the outcome of that matter.

My focus now is my health, my continued progress 5 years out of prison, getting back to work and enjoying the life I have now in Macomb county.

Respectfully

Aaron Dotson
