IN RE HABIBZAI DOSTYAR AND HASAN AL-DAYEM, Relators

ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS
164th District Court Harris County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 2018-28343

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On July 21, 2020, relators Habibzai Dostyar and Hasan Al-Dayem filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221; see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this court to compel the Honorable Grant Dorfman, visiting judge of the 164th District Court of Harris County, to vacate his April 7, 2020 order denying relators' motion for leave to designate responsible third parties and his June 10, 2020 order denying relator's motion for reconsideration of his April 7, 2020 order.

Relators have not established that they are entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relators' petition for writ of mandamus.

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Wise, Spain, and Bourliot.
