MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator contends the trial judge erred in disqualifying its counsel. Based on the record presented, we conclude the relator has failed to show the trial judge abused his discretion in disqualifying relator's counsel. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
