This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2010CI19384, styled In the Interest of C.P.D. and A.P.D., Minor Children, pending in the 224th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Larry Noll presiding.

On November 4, 2013, relator Andrea Hall Doolittle filed a petition for writ of mandamus. On November 5, 2013, relator filed an emergency motion to stay hearing on motions to modify temporary orders. This court is of the opinion that a serious question concerning the mandamus relief sought requires further consideration. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(b). The respondent and the real party in interest may file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus in this court no later than Wednesday, November 13, 2013. Any such response must conform to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 52.4.

Relator's request for emergency relief is GRANTED. The hearing on the parties' motions to modify temporary orders, currently scheduled for November 18, 2013, is TEMPORARILY STAYED pending final resolution of the petition for writ of mandamus filed in this court. It is so ORDERED on November 7th, 2013.
