Original Proceeding from the 101st Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. DC-22-03214

Before Justices Pedersen, III, Smith, and Garcia.

ORDER

BILL PEDERSEN, III JUSTICE.

Before the Court is relators' April 1, 2024 petition for writ of mandamus. Relators ask this Court to compel the trial court to vacate the trial court's March 19, 2024 Order Granting Respondents' Motion to Compel Compliance with the Court's 2023 Order and to Hold Witnesses and Counsel in Contempt. According to relators' status reports, the trial court granted in part and denied in part relators' motion for reconsideration in an order dated April 17, 2024, but then the trial court denied reconsideration of the March 19, 2024 order in an order dated April 23, 2024.

Real parties in interest and respondent are requested to file a response, if any, to the petition on or before September 11, 2024.
