MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Relators, Jane and Betty Doe, have filed a motion to dismiss their mandamus proceeding. No response was filed opposing dismissal. No opinion has issued.

The underlying case is Jane Doe and Betty Doe v. Todd Glover, Animal Hospital of Santa Fe, Glover Veterinary Services, PLLC, and Planned Pethood & Pediatric Clinic, cause number 20-CV-1744, pending in the 405th District Court of Galveston County, Texas, the Honorable Jared Robinson presiding.

Accordingly, we grant relators' motion and dismiss this mandamus proceeding. Any pending motions are dismissed as moot.
